Hope everyone reading is doing well. Our motorcycle season has gotten off to a slow start. In May, the normal Tame the Dragon and a scheduled track day at Virginia International Raceway were cancelled. A couple other rides were cancelled as well but we still had great day trips on local routes with picnic lunches since most everything has been shut down.

A cooler for packed lunches means a hitch mount rack for the bike. We managed Italy for 30 days on this style bike without a rack!
It seems only fitting that for our last day in Italy, we visited the Duomo di Milano. On the tallest spire and with a replica inside is a statue of the Virgin Mary – Madonnina. It is said that “the Madonnina’s protection is offered to whoever finds joy in looking at her, anyone who gazes at her and takes a moment for reflection.”
Nothing but blue skies for the ride today of some of the most beautiful mountain passes in Italy, the Sella region.
How far that little candle throws his beams, so shines a good deed in a weary world. – William Shakespeare
